Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Profit Partner, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and an authorized operator of the seller account you connect.

3. What the service is

Profit Partner is a monitoring and decision-support service. It provides briefs, alerts, estimates, and recommendations. It does not operate your business for you.

4. Read-only service

Profit Partner never writes to your marketplace accounts. Every change is made by you. You remain solely responsible for your decisions.

5. Estimates are not guarantees

Revenue figures, forecasts, margins, and insights are good-faith estimates based on available data. They may be incomplete or imperfect and do not constitute financial, tax, accounting, or legal advice. Verify important figures before acting. We are not liable for decisions made in reliance on estimates.

6. Subscriptions and billing

  • Paid plans billed monthly in advance in INR — ₹999 Basic, ₹1,999 Business, plus applicable taxes.
  • A 7-day free trial is available for new customers, one per seller/Amazon account.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel anytime; plan runs to the end of the paid month.
  • Payments are non-refundable for partial periods except where required by law. 30-day notice before price changes.

7. Refunds

  • You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase, up to once a month.
  • Each request is reviewed fairly. If due to our error or the service not working, it will be granted.
  • Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

8. Your account security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Notify us immediately at profitpartner.am@gmail.com of unauthorized use.

9. Acceptable use

No scraping, bulk extraction, reverse engineering, reselling, unlawful use, or interference with the service.

10. Intellectual property

The service belongs to Profit Partner. Your business data remains yours; you grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the service.

11. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Profit Partner is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the three months preceding the claim.

13. Governing law

Governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat, India.
