Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Profit Partner ("we", "us", "our") operates an AI-assisted monitoring and decision-support service for sellers on Amazon.in and, in future, other Indian marketplaces. For any privacy request, email profitpartner.am@gmail.com.

2. Information we collect

  • Account information. Your name, email, phone, password, and billing details.
  • Business data you connect. With your explicit authorization, we access your seller-account data read-only — orders, listings, inventory, advertising, settlements — solely for the service.
  • Usage information. How you use the service, to keep it reliable and improve it.
  • Payment information. Processed by trusted third-party providers; we do not store full card/bank details.

3. How we use your information

To provide the service; to generate briefs, alerts, analyses, and chat responses; to communicate about your account and billing; to improve reliability; and to meet legal obligations. We never use one seller's data for another seller.

4. What we never do

  • We never sell your personal or business data.
  • We never share your data with advertisers or brokers.
  • Your insights are visible only to you and people you invite.

5. Data access and read-only use

Access is authorized by you and read-only. Your marketplace data is accessed via Amazon's Selling Partner API (SP-API). This data is used only as permitted under Amazon's Data Protection Policy, and solely to provide the service to you. We can read the data you authorize but cannot change listings, prices, ads, or place orders. You can revoke access anytime.

6. Storage and security

Data is stored securely with industry-standard safeguards — encryption in transit, strict access controls. Keys and credentials are stored securely and never exposed in client code.

7. Third-party processors

A small number of trusted providers (e.g. payments, infrastructure) process limited data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations. They may not use your data for their own purposes.

8. Data retention

We keep data while your account is active. On account close, data is deleted or irreversibly anonymised within 90 days, except where legally required to retain records.

9. Your rights and data deletion

You may request access, correction, a copy, export, or deletion of your data, and withdraw your connection anytime. Email profitpartner.am@gmail.com to exercise these rights, including data deletion.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The current version will always be posted here, and we will notify registered users before material changes.

11. Governing law

Governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat, India.
